This exceptional and quite outstanding property is set high above Spetses Town, in very private, secluded grounds, but within short distance of the center and night life of the old harbor. There is the most splendid panoramic view of the island, across the sea to the mainland from the house, pool and gardens.

The main house is situated within a beautiful garden with a separate guest house, very large swimming pool (15 x 10 meters) with its own al-fresco bar and kitchen area, substantial outdoor furniture for pool living, a barbecue and numerous pergolas and shaded areas.

In the main house, on the ground floor, there are five, air conditioned bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin and 2 single rooms) one en suite full bathroom, one en suite shower room and a further shared shower room. All the bedrooms are delightfully decorated and designed and have stunning teak hardwood floors.

The bathrooms are white marble with granite flooring. These rooms lead on to a large covered terrace with domes and huge arches. from the ground floor there is a sweeping staircase that leads up to the first floor and into a huge open living/dining room and well equipped kitchen. This room leads out onto a huge terrace, again with fantastic 360 degree views of the sea, the village and the mountains. the living room is beautifully decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard.

The charming guest house is situated in the gardens, near to the swimming pool and consists of two air conditioned studios, each with double bed, en suite shower room and kitchenette, making a total of two en suite double bedrooms. These also have fantastic views to the sea.

Total capacity in both the main and guest houses up to 12 persons.
