Karavotsakisma is a secluded wooded hillside above Koukounaries with magnificent views across the sea to Evvia island and the mainland. A pool, lush mature gardens, peace and privacy with a high standard of comfort and service all contribute to one of the most enchanting settings on Skiathos island. The owners, Gail & Christo, have taken great care with the design of each accommodation in a style that reflects the simple beauty of Greece. They are always available to help you enjoy your holiday to the full.

The complex consists of:

• Karavotsakisma House: one 2-bedroom apartment and four studios
• Lefteris House: individual villa with 2 bedrooms
• Korakoneri Villa: individual villa with 3 bedrooms

Karavotsakisma House has four beautifully arranged studios and a two bedroom apartment.
They are attractively decorated and have interiors finished with terracotta floor tiles, marble and pine.
Their private terraces bordered by jasmine, bougainvillea and wisteria look out over the gardens to the sea and the mountains beyond.
The apartment (sleeps 3/4) comprises a bedroom with double bed, small second bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with bath tub, sitting room cum kitchen leading onto the terrace with a dining table.
The four studios (each sleeps 2) are individually designed. All comprise open plan bed/sitting room with either double or twin beds, bathroom with shower and kitchen leading to a private terrace with a dining table overlooking the sea. Each kitchen has marble work tops and is modern and well equipped: cooker with oven, fridge, electric kettle & toaster, utensils, crockery, iron and board.

Lefteris House (sleeps 4/5) with two bedrooms has beautiful sea views and provides privacy on its large terraces.
The design, finish and furnishings are of a high standard. All rooms have sea views and french windows onto terraces.
A private doorway leads through onto the pool terrace. The house comprises one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (with space for an extra bed), marble bathroom with bath tub, practical, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, two terraces with dining table and sun loungers, washing machine and iron.

Villa Korakoneri (sleeps 6) is a comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated villa with three bedrooms.
The floors throughout, the bathrooms and the kitchen surfaces are marble. All rooms have sea views and french windows opening onto a terrace or balcony. The two large terraces provide sun or shade, stunning views and absolute privacy.
The villa comprises one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, second bathroom with bath tub, utility area with washing machine and iron, superb fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, spacious and comfortable living room, enclosed terrace with soft chairs, second terrace with pergola, dining table and sun loungers, outside shower.

Christo the owner, will be happy to arrange a fishing trip, a round-the-island boat trip or a days sailing trip for those who love being on the water as much as being in the water.

For infants: cots, car seats, toys, English speaking baby sitting service.

Maid service daily: cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed regularly. On arrival your accommodation will be arranged with fresh flowers, fruit, drinks and provisions for breakfast.

Fans and hairdryers in each bedroom.

Car hire inclusive of insurance is available.
