The villa consists of a ground and first floor with six self-catering apartments (three on each floor); two of them have four sleeps and the rest of them two (one of them can be easily adjusted to an apartment with three sleeps, as it is very spacious).

All units provide their own bathroom (three showers - three baths), kitchen with refrigerator and cooker, and all apartments are air-conditioned.
Furthermore, a living-room, a sitting room, halls, patios-verandas and many other common
spaces are available.

Common facilities (available in common areas-rooms):
- Big living room, Sitting room, Large patio-veranda in front of the villa.
- Maid-service (every day cleans up the common spaces of the villa and three times a
week cleans up the apartments and changes the bed sheets and the towels)
- Large water-heater powerful enough for all the apartments
- Parking area
- main gate (land fenced around for privacy)
- traditional decoration of the villa
- Swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas.
