| The house is ideally located on a hillside at the entrance of Naoussa town and just 5 minutes drive from the vibrant town center. The nearest beach is Colimbithres only a few minutes drive away. A bit further is Monastiri beach. Buses to Naoussa and Parikia stop at the local bakery café only 150 meters away from the house. | |

| The 185sqm house can accommodate 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The house is fully equipped with TV, HiFi stereo, modern kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. A complimentary cleaning service is provided three times a week. | |

| The dining-room/kitchen opens to the large veranda. There are several outside living spaces including a 60sqm veranda overlooking the sea and a walled garden with a BBQ. | ||

The house is built on a hillside overlooking the bay of Naoussa. There are several outdoor living spaces. You will enjoy the large veranda with open view to the sea. On warm days, you may prefer to move your living area to the veranda which is cooled by the sea breeze. The bay of Naoussa offers many remote sandy beaches. From the house, you will enjoy a magnificent panoramic 180 degree views of the Bay of Naoussa. No pets allowed. |
