The villas are of recent and high standard construction, located in a conservation area with strict building regulations. The villas lie only a few meters away from one of the nicest sandy beaches of the island.


Each of the villas are built on 2 levels covering 76sqm. The top level consists of the living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a large sun terrace of 20sqm. The two bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower are on the lower level. The construction is in traditional stone and wood work with wooden floors, offering maximum insulation.

Bed sheets and towels are provided. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.

The villas feature private terraces for relaxing and sunbathing. From the villas you will enjoy a panoramic view of Parikia and the harbor.

The beaches in the area of Agios Fokas are from the nicest in the Island with the clearest waters. Even though the area is very popular because of it's beaches, the villas are in a quiet surrounding.

Across the bay of Parikia, in the Krios area.
Agios Fokas is a protected zone with restricted development. It's one of the few areas around Parikia which remain unspoiled. From there, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the town across the bay.

About 4 km from Parikia or 5 minutes across the bay by boat. A few steps from one of the island's nicest and clearest sandy beaches.
