In the south-west part of Naxos, at approximately 16.5km from the town centre (Chora) in Kastraki Beach, there are endless beaches, probably the most enchanting in the Mediterranean. Summerland Studios/Apartments is ideal for those who dream of spending their holidays in a quiet place near a boundless white beach, enjoying sunshine and nature. It is located just 250 meters away from this magnificent and secluded beach and consists of 15 comfortable and nicely arranged traditionally built rooms/studios, 6 superior apartments and 3 deluxe apartments.

Each of the units consists of one, two or three rooms, WC/shower, fully equipped kitchenette and private veranda.

In the communal spaces there are two swimming pools and a hydromassage, where you can enjoy sunbathing. Other communal facilities include a pool bar for breakfast, snacks, refreshments, cocktails and ice creams. Summerland also features a restaurant, where locally produced organic vegetables and salads and free range meats are served. You also have access to evening BBQ, table tennis room, children's playground, parking lot and information desk, where you can arrange excursions, event tickets and bicycle, motorcycle or Avis car rentals.

Summerland offers beach facilities, such as free of charge sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as transfer to/from the beach by electric car.

Summerland has been renovated in 2007, and new facilities were added in 2008.

The complex consists of:
Standard Rooms 2 pax (1 room units)
Superior Rooms 2-3 pax (very spacious 1 room units)
Superior Apartments up to 4 pax (1 double bedroom + 1 living room with 2 single built-in sofa beds)
Delux Apartments up to 5 pax (2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 twin bed) + 1 living room with 1 single built-in sofa bed)

Summerland is also ideal for weddings.

Suggested wedding plan:
a. Wedding ceremony at the yard of Agia Paraskevi chapel (500m from the resort) registered by the Mayor or Vice Mayor of Naxos. Alternatively the ceremony can take place at the Summerland pool area.
b. Evening party with BBQ, buffet and music with D.J. around the pools (including 2-3 tier wedding cake and champagne).
c. Honeymoon suite (free of charge for the wedding night with breakfast served in the room).
d. Transfers for the guests.
e. Buffet breakfast (dinner upon request).
f. 2 day horse ridding trip around the exotic beaches and surroundings of Naxos for the honeymooners (upon request).
g. Numerous additional services upon request.
Preferred periods : May, June, September & Easter Time.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Minimum guests: 25, maximum guests: 70.
