All bedrooms have their private seaview balcony. Worth mentioning for their artistic attributes are the interior roofs decorated by traditional style wooden logs and the floors which are wooden in bedrooms and engraved marple in hallways and ground floor lounge. The exterior is dominated by the spacious sea water swimming pool and its surrounding stone-tiled sun terrace fully equipped with garden furniture, partly shaded by wooden pergola. Stone sills provide a certain degree of privacy from the neighbouring equivalent standard villas and residents.

Key Distances: 5 kms from the airport, 5 kms from the port, 2 kms from the nearest market at Ornos, and 500 m from the local tavernas. The famous night life of Mykonos is at 4.5 kms. The secluded sandy beach of Kapari at 400 m.

Mykonos is accessible from Pireus and many islands by plane, ferry, catamaran. From the airport or port drive to Aghios Ioannis - the villa is located right after the picturesque local yacht port on the way to the beach of Kapari.
