| The villa is split into two levels with a total of105 sq.m., including the terraces. The ground floor offers a cozy lounge/dining area, a rustic kitchen with barbecue, a separate twin bedroom with wc/shower room plus two outdoor furnished terraces, one with partial sea views. | |

On the first floor there is a master double bedroom with an outdoor furnished terrace enjoying nice sea views and a second wc/shower room. The maisonette is fully equipped, including air condition and can accommodate a party of 4 persons, comfortably. Available for vacation rental all year round. For guests staying at Villa Kohyli, during the summer months, there is access to a shared garden and large outdoor pool in the neighbouring development, for a small entrance fee. The walking distance to the white pebbled beach and Barbati village is less than 80 meters. There, a selection of beach-front taverns, bars and shops plus various water sports can be found. Villa Kohyli is a very convenient accommodation close to the beach and local amenities. Furthermore holidaymakers who choose to stay at Villa Kohyli, during the tourist season, will be given free access to the private sandy beach and large pool at Korali Maisonettes in Apraos Bay (see Korali Maisonettes). At Korali there is also a tennis court available and pool side bar where drinks and light lunch/snacks can be served at an extra charge. |
