Victoria's House was built in 2004 and is located in one of the most beautiful spots of the island of Alonissos, between Patitiri and the main town Chora (Asproplia). Located on a hill, the villa enjoys breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the green nature.


Built in a plot of 1,600 sq.m., Victoria's House is a 3 floor villa with stone walls and flagstone pavements. All areas are covered with grass, trees and various flowers. At night beautiful lamps shed their lights on the trees and flowers. There are common garages for 3 cars, an 8x5 m. swimming pool and a children's pool, a BBQ with a dinning area with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator.


The villa consists of two independent luxuriously built apartments of 100 sq.m. each. Special care has been taken to ensure a high quality in decoration and details in all the areas of the villa.

Accommodation description:

Each apartment has a big living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, cooker with ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, small electric vacuum cleaner, etc.) two separate bedrooms (one with a double bed, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes whereas the second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes). Each apartment has its own bathroom with bathtub. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The corridor that connects all the rooms is equipped with a big built-in cupboard where all the small electrical equipment is stored away. All rooms have verandas. All rooms have air condition, TV and sound system.

Cleaning and change of linen/towels twice a week.

Location / activities:

You can get to unique beaches and small harbours by boat that leave early in the morning. There you can eat fish freshly caught by local fishermen.

NATIONAL MARINE PARK:
The island is an ideal holiday resort for those seeking for a quiet and relaxing environment, far from noisy centres. Alonissos is also ideal for all nature lovers as it has preserved much of its local colour having many lovely picturesque small villages and towns built in the local traditional architecture.
